Integrity Program

With the main objective of practicing Healthy Trade, and other activities that guide this process, Cardiopira Comércio e Importação de Materiais Hospitalares presents its Integrity Program.
This program essentially seeks to: Prevent, Detect and Remedy illegal acts, always with the continuous monitoring of all these steps and processes.

In this scenario, the Anti-Corruption Law (12,846 / 2013) and its Regulations (Decree 8.420 / 2015 and Portaria 909 of CGU) are included, where the adequacy of companies through Integrity Programs becomes mandatory. This Integrity Program follows the provisions of this Law, which deals with the administrative and civil responsibility of legal entities for the practice of acts against the public administration, national or foreign.

Cardiopira, through its Board of Directors, is committed to providing the necessary conditions for this project, with unrestricted support so that the Integrity Program can carry out its functions with independence and neutrality in its decisions.

This channel must be used to report any suspicion, behavior, or activity that may be practiced by a collaborator, employee or representative of Cardiopira, and who is in disagreement with the Anti-Corruption Law (No. 12.846 / 2013) or, with the Integrity of this company.
